Guarana TPA Extract
Guarana, or Paullinia cupana is a plant native to the Brazillian Amazon region. The name comes from the Guarani language and means “fruit like eyes of the people.” When you see the seeds of guarana – red with a black spot – you may understand why. The seeds have very high caffeine content, on average twice the amount of coffee beans. Normally the seeds are powdered and can be taken as such, or the caffeine is extracted for use in energy drinks. The effect is clear and neutral, just bringing stamina and energy. It should be used in moderation to avoid side effects. It is also considered an aphrodisiac taken in small dosages.
