How to Use the Sacred Flow Kuripe

Load a small amount of rapé into one end of the kuripe. Place the other end gently at one nostril, close the opposite nostril with a finger, position the mouthpiece, and blow with a steady, intentional breath. Repeat on the other side for balance.
