About Cidoca Kuntanawa

Pedro, also known as Cidoca of the Kuntanawa people, is the vice-chief and spiritual leader of the Sete Estrelas (Seven Stars) community, located in the Upper Juruá region of Acre, Brazil. A true son of the forest and a guardian of ancestral wisdom, Cidoca is a committed voice in preserving and sharing the traditional knowledge, sacred medicines, and shamanic arts of his people.

In addition to his leadership role, Cidoca is a skilled artisan, creating tepis, kuripes, ceremonial pipes, and other sacred tools infused with the energy and meaning of his cultural lineage. He is also an experienced and dedicated maker of sacred Rapé snuff, which he prepares and shares with deep reverence, combining spiritual strength and intention.

His life is rooted in the forest, in the rhythms of the land and the voices of the ancestors. His path is one of service — to his people, to the spirits, and to the healing work that connects all beings.

“My name is Pedro, also known as Cidoca of the Kuntanawa people. I am one of the leaders of my people, vice-chief and spiritual guide. I am a survivor of the forest life — of hunting and fishing. I am an artist, I make shamanic crafts, tepis, kuripes, pipes, and I also work with Rapé. Today, with a heart full of joy, I want to invite you to experience our medicine. We are currently in need of a solar power kit to support our Sete Estrelas community.”

Now partnering with Sacred Connection and Maya World, Cidoca shares not only his powerful medicines but also his story, his roots, and his mission. By supporting his work, you help foster energy autonomy, cultural preservation, and spiritual resilience for one of the many Indigenous communities that continue to walk their path with dignity and strength.
