Snuff
Sacred Snuff
The Sacred Snuff of the indigenous people of Brazil is commonly referred to as Rapé although this is a European term with a french root. The original people have their own names, for instance the Yawanawa call it Rumé and the Shawãdawa Rupusuty. It is a Sacred preparation used to enter in communion with the non physical, to clean away negative energies or just to affirm friendship after a long days work. Like with all Sacred plants respect is recommended.
