Domestic Shipping:
Takes 1-3 business days to deliver after the shipment date. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 2 business days to process your order and expect your package in 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
Return Conditions
Only new, unused items are eligible for return.
Both defective and non-defective products may be returned.
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Method & Fees
Returns must be sent back by mail.
A return label will be provided for download and print, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
There are no restocking fees.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued promptly after processing. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
